“It’s time for a change in Southeast Fresno - good jobs, safe neighborhoods and healthy air. To succeed we need new leadership in city hall. That’s why I’m running for City Council District 5.”

Louise owns The Minerva Group, teaches part-time at Fresno State, and serves on our city’s Housing and Community Development Commission. She has worked directly with social work graduate students and teenage inmates at the Juvenile Justice Campus on gang prevention programs.

Growing Our Economy

As our city councilmember, Louise will focus on creating good jobs in our area. Together we can rebuild the economy of Southeast Fresno and secure a better future for our children.

Police and Fire Protection

The health and safety of Southeast Fresno residents depends on fast response times from our police and fire departments. Louise will work to achieve safe staffing levels of these frontline responders.

Safe neighborhoods

Louise will lead the effort to beautify our entire district through more parks and walkable neighborhoods. She will continue to support programs that provide our youth with options other than gangs, drugs and crime.
